Vi er alle nordmenn
I vinter skrev vi “Jeg er egypter“, vi sendte solidaritetsmeldinger til modige forkjempere for frihet og demokrati i Jemen, Syria, Libya. Vi sendte kondolanser til kollegaer i Japan og i sommer har norske aktivister sendt tusenvis av sommerfugler i solidaritet med kvinner i Nicaragua. Er det noe vi kan i Amnesty, så er det nettopp det. Sende appeller, brev og solidaritetsmeldinger.
Likevel er det en rar følelse når vi selv er mottakere. Siden fredag har det rast inn med telefoner, sms’r, eposter og meldinger i sosiale medier. Nye innlegg postes på Amnesty Internationals norske Facebook-side minutt for minutt. Det er meldinger fra hele verden, fra kollegaer, aktivister og støttespillere. Nå er de alle nordmenn. Og nordmanner og norsker og andre nett-oversettelser som får oss til å trekke på smilebåndet.
Det er ektefølt og det varmer. Vi opplever verdien av å være en internasjonal bevegelse av tre millioner engasjerte mennesker som bryr seg. Som kjemper for egne og andres rettigheter. For frihet, demokrati og lik tilgang på rettigheter.

Extremism/terrorism is not allowed in any religion and have no place anywhere in the world. Terrorist/extremist don’t belong to any religion. They are extremist and danger for humanity. We are human beings and equal in all manners.Love humanity
